    We schedule a meeting to discuss the job opportunity. We then pay a visit. This way, we get to see your company and your people. And we can better see who has the best profile for you. We discuss your requirements; we share our insights into market developments.

    Lytz works on an exclusive basis. This means that you give us the time to make qualitative matches. And that we commit to this for the full 100%.

    We start looking. Within our own database, but also more broadly within our network. We approach those candidates with whom we see a match and ensure that we’ve met them before we introduce them to you.

    Lytz presents you a maximum of three candidates who we believe fit in the areas of ability, desire, and culture.

    We conduct an initial interview with these candidates together. We remain in the background during this interview, but by being there, we have a good view of where the match fits and where perhaps not. This is valuable information for all of us. Now and in the future.

    You make the final decision and naturally, we advise as necessary and as desirable. And if the right match still isn’t at hand, then we search further within our network.

The packaging recruiter

The recruitment agency fills job openings across the entire spectrum of the packaging chain – from Project Manager and Packaging Technologist to Operational Manager and Sales Director. Lytz works for both large and small clients in the Netherlands, and in- and outside the European Union.

Experience in the Packaging industry

Founder and Director Marion Richter worked for many years at various levels in the packaging sector. In 2007, she started her own recruitment agency, originally with a German network partner.

In 2011, she struck out on her own under the name Lytz BV. Marion Richter is a member of the Association of Dutch Packaging Experts (Vereniging Nederlandse Verpakkingskundigen – VNV) and Lytz is a member of the Dutch Packaging Centre (Nederlands Verpakkingscentrum – NVC).
