Searching for the next step in your career?
Do you work in the packaging industry at HBO+ level, and are you ready for the next step in your career? Then I look forward to being in touch with you.
Please send me a mail with your CV and covering letter. Tell me what you want, what you’re looking for, where you’re headed and how I can help.
We’ll make contact on the telephone. To get better acquainted and so that I know exactly which job vacancies can make you happy.
And when I have a job vacancy that fits your ambitions? Then I’ll get in touch with you and we’ll discuss the possibilities.
I include you in my database, but I do not actively search for your new job. I do make a match for you when I find a suitable job opening.
Greatest likelihood of a beautiful match?
Choose Lytz for the best, most challenging jobs in the packaging industry.
For me, it’s all about a perfect match between the candidate and the job. That’s why I want to get to know you well. Lytz works throughout the country and internationally.
I pay equal attention to the company and the candidate. Making a match requires a perfect understanding of both parties: what they’re looking for, what they’re not looking for, what fits and what not. That’s why I ask, talk and listen for as long as it takes to make that match and to guarantee a fitting match in the long term.
Working with Lytz as a recruitment partner
A good match is a match for the long term. I make those matches by entering into a partnership with candidates and companies. The better I know you, the better I know where you’ll fit in. And only then do I suggest a candidate. I look at capacity, competencies and work experience, of course, but also personalities. I clearly choose quality in everything.
We schedule a meeting to discuss the job opportunity. I then pay a visit. This way, I get to see your company and your people. And I can better see who has the best profile for you. We discuss your requirements; I share my insights into market developments.
I work on an exclusive basis. This means that you give me the time to make qualitative matches. And that I commit to this for the full 100%.
I start looking. Within my own database, but also more broadly within my network. I approach those candidates with whom I see a match and ensure that I’ve met them before I introduce them to you.
I present you a maximum of three candidates who I believe fit in the areas of ability, desire, and culture.
We conduct an initial interview with these candidates together. I remain in the background during this interview, but by being there, I have a good view of where the match fits and where perhaps not. This is valuable information for all of us. Now and in the future.
You make the final decision and naturally, I advise as necessary and as desirable. And if the right match still isn’t at hand, then I search further within my network.
Working with Lytz is different. I pay equal attention to the company and the candidate. Making a match requires a perfect understanding of both parties: what they’re looking for, what they’re not looking for, what fits and what not. That’s why I ask, talk and listen for as long as it takes to make that match and to guarantee a fitting match in the long term.
