What will you do?

As an Accountmanager Cosmetic Packaging you will operate within Fasten’s cosmetic packaging framework, that’s for sure. But you’ll also experience there is a lot (really a lot!) of space within for your ideas to really make a difference for your (potential) customers. This could be your chance to be part of, and to contribute to, one of the most fast-growing cosmetic packaging companies in the world!

Well to start with you will have a very varied job: one minute you’re presenting new innovations to a high-end customer and the next you’ll be responding to the trends in the mass market. So, besides variety, challenge is guaranteed.

You pioneer unique concepts and products from (international) cosmetics brands, retailers and private label manufacturers. You will be working with existing clients as well as prospecting for new business. You draw up quotes in response to visits or requests. If the offer becomes an order, you are the responsible person who will manage, with the support of several team members, the project from A to Z. This means that you draw up the project planning, line up suppliers and together with the design department you determine what is best for the customer. Of course, you keep the customer informed of all steps. You regularly switch with your colleagues in China so that the agreements in the field of purchasing and production of the product are fulfilled.

Many aspects emerge when developing packaging: creativity, entrepreneurship, management and, above all, planning. After a short working period in which you are taught the intricacies of the trade by an experienced Commercial Projectmanager Cosmetic Packaging, you will become directly responsible for your own customers and projects.

What is your background?

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Studies, International Business or Commercial Economy.

Good command of English and Dutch, preferably German or French.

Commercial experience in an international B2B environment, ideally gained in the beauty industry and/or in the (plastic) packaging industry

Very good collaboration skills in an international environment.

Excellent project management skills and experience.
