About Thermoware

Thermoware Particle Foam Machinery is a Dutch company that develops and manufactures thin-walled particle foam manufacturing equipment for material like EPS, EPP and bio foams. The product portfolio ranges from pre-expanders and moulding machines to downstream equipment like labellers and packaging machines. What will you do?
In line with its strategy Thermoware wishes to expand its business to other market segments , other applications for its technology, also other particle foams to be processed. For this purpose Thermoware is looking for a sales manager with a clear business development profile: building new business is what it is about!

Depending on your living place you will work from home office with frequent visits to the head office in Barneveld. The focus of your sales activities will be the European market in the first place, however if you develop opportunities surely also beyond that.

You will work closely together with your colleagues from production and back office and report directly to the Managing director.

Some of your tasks

Identify and develop new client opportunities and expand existing client portfolio

Identify and develop new technology applications and expand the existing range of applications

Attending relevant business fairs, either as exhibitor with your colleagues or as visitor.

Providing relevant market information and input for further product development

Realize agreed sales targets within your sales region

Travelling through Europe on a regular basis

What is your background?

Proven higher vocational education level of working and thinking.

Sales experience in B2B environment, ideally gained in particle foam or injection moulding machinery market.

Excellent collaboration skills in an international environment.

Very good knowledge of the particle foam shape moulding market.

Ideally technical affinity and knowledge of the shape moulding process and its applications.

Fluent in spoken and written English is fundamental, any other language would be an asset.
