What are you going to do?
As Sales Director at WIPOTEC-OCS in Spain you will manage the team in the Spanish branch of the WIPOTEC Group and you will be responsible for the further expansion of the market potential in Spain. Your home base is the office in Madrid, but of course you will regularly visit clients throughout the whole country. The customers of WIPOTEC-OCS are mainly in the food industry, cosmetics and the pharmaceutical industry. Within the WIPOTEC Group you will work closely together with your sales colleagues, regularly participate in sales meetings at the head office in Kaiserslautern and report to the Managing Director Spain.

A selection of your activities

Drafting and implementing a strategic plan for the future expansion of market potential in Spain

Acquiring new customers in the relevant market sectors in Spain and taking care of existing customers

Regular consultations with sales colleagues within the WIPOTEC Group

Advising customers on technical solutions and new products

Initiating, supporting and monitoring the progress of new and ongoing projects

Inform about trends and developments in the market and translate these into new opportunities for the company

What do you bring?

Higher professional education level in thinking and working

Experience in a management role and with the related responsibilities

Multiple years of relevant sales experience in a B2B environment

Knowledge of weighing and inspection equipment is a great advantage

Extensive network in the relevant market sectors

Excellent command of the Spanish and English language, German is certainly an advantage
