The Toly Group remains privately owned and continues to focus on the beauty industry. Over the past few years, they have expanded their reach across the world and have diversified their product base to include all types of make-up, skincare, fragrance and promotional packaging.

These products are either produced in their own factories or through Toly’s global network of trading partners.

What will you do?
You will strengthen the Belgian Sales team of Toly, 5 very driven and dedicated people who are in charge of the sales in Benelux, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Eastern Europe and Russia. Your first task will be to manage and develop sales with existing and potential new accounts in Germany and Austria. You will be selling Toly’s wide range of stock and custom packaging solutions from the Toly factories in Malta, China and South Korea, as well as from the exclusive partners in Asia.


A few of your tasks

Grow your business with existing accounts.

Develop business with new accounts.

Work closely with your team in Belgium as well as with your colleagues (Design, Marketing, Calculation, Innovation) in Malta, Korea and China to provide customers with creative and innovative packaging solutions.

Develop multi-level & cross-function relations with your customers.

Prepare and submit visit reports, product and corporate presentations.

Participate at sales meetings and exhibitions.

What is your background?

Proven higher vocational education level of working and thinking

Sales experience in an international B2B environment, ideally gained in the beauty industry and/or in the (plastic) packaging industry

Excellent collaboration skills in an international environment.

Willing to travel frequently

Fluent command of English and German is necessary, any other language would be an asset

Experience in working from home office
