They supply A-label brands and companies within the food & beverage, confectionery, healthcare, pet food, industry and agriculture sectors.

SÜDPACK Grootegast is looking for a Sales Manager New Business in order to realize its growth ambitions.

A few of your tasks

You generate new business in the market of high barrier laminates, for instance in the food or pet food industry.

You build long-term customer-supplier relationships and will expand existing customer relationships.

You visit and also take part in exhibitions and other relevant networking events.

You keep an eye on developments within your field, continuously identify trends in the market and translate these into possible solutions for your customers.

You monitor the progress, deadlines and quality of your projects and you manage your own project administration.

A possible working day as Account Manager at SÜDPACK Grootegast
  • 8:00Home office: going through and following up emails; preparing customer visit
  • 9:00Ride to a customer in Nijmegen
  • 10:00Meeting with customer, discussion regarding new packaging concept
  • 11:00
  • 12:00Lunch together with the customer
  • 13:00Ride back to the office in Grootegast
  • 14:00Write a visit report, prepare a quotation
  • 15:00Meeting with R&D about new packaging concept
  • 16:00Preparing customer visit for the next day regarding a claim
  • 17:00Answering some late emails and phone calls before you shut down your computer and go home.
What is your background?

Higher vocational education level of working and thinking

Sales experience in B2B environment, preferably gained in high barrier laminates

Excellent collaboration skills in an international environment.

Technical affinity and ideally knowledge of printing and processing of films

Fluent command of Dutch and English is necessary, any other language would be an asset
